Do you have hundreds of loyalty rewards sitting in your YL account?

Dear low toxers!

It just dawned on me that there are numerous people in our community who have hundreds of accumulated points from being on the monthly loyalty rewards program who have NO IDEA that they need to use them up (as they expire every 12 months). By redeeming your points, you can get a crap ton of YL products FOR FREE!

That is the WHOLE POINT of the loyalty program: 

monthly ordering = accumulated points = redeem to get free products.

You can start redeeming your reward points after 4 months of ordering. I personally use mine up monthly, but you can do so less frequently, as long as it is within 1 year before they expire. I literally have received thousands of dollars of free YL products over the years by redeeming my points and only paying for shipping!

To check how many loyalty points you have, go into your YL virtual office and look at your dashboard.

To redeem your reward points to get free products (yay!!!), simply click “details” in your virtual office just below where the Rewards Points are listed and follow all the prompts. Please watch this video the first time (the program used to be called Essential Rewards, but now it’s called Loyalty Rewards).

Note - Your rewards point redemption order is in addition to (and not in place of) your monthly loyalty rewards order. When you redeem points in any given month, you still need to place a monthly loyalty rewards order in that month (unless you’ve skipped your monthly loyalty rewards order for that month, which you can do only once in any 12 month period with no consequences). If you accidentally skip 2 months (e.g., the payment isn’t processed as not enough funds on your account), you will lose all your accumulated loyalty points, and your earn rate goes back to 10% - devo!
