This is what I use as natural Jiff or Gumption….

Jiff, Gumption and Ajax were staples for my mum. Being a clean freak and a wog (they often go hand in hand!) she was obsessed with cleaning and maintaining a spotless house. Sadly, she had no idea how toxic they were. She didn’t have access to the tools, resources and information that we do today. She had no idea that her use of conventional cleaning agents was equivalent to smoking a pack of cigarettes a day and came at a grave cost to her physical and mental health (she passed of dementia which is caused by toxic overload including stress). She didn’t know that whatever you are using to clean with ends up in your lungs when you are breathing it in and also ends up in your blood stream when your hands touch it.  

Fortunately for the rest of us, we have healthy swaps for E V E R Y T H I N G!

Simply sprinkle it over burnt saucepans, stainless steel, the bottom of oven, the ring around the bath, very grimy shower screens etc and add a little water and use a scourer or abrasive sponge to scrub it spotlessly clean.
