How to reactivate your YL account that is more than 12 months inactive

If your last order was more than 12 months ago, you can reactivate your YL account (with no admin fees) without the purchase of a new starter kit. The process is slightly different depending on whether you want to reactivate on the monthly ER loyalty program (and place monthly ER orders of 50PV or more) or simply place standard orders on an ad hoc basis. In both cases, you will need to have handy your member number plus password (Health101 unless you’ve changed it) or pin (2000 unless you’ve changed it):

If you DON’T wish to join the monthly ER loyalty program: simply log into your YL account on the YL website with your YL member number and password and follow the prompts, which will take you through an automatic reactivation process. On the screen where it asks you who you would like as your enroller and sponsor feel free to change these if you want to move to another YL team within my overall YL community. Be sure to have the correct new numbers handy and if on doubt please text or email me, because once you have reactivated, you will not be able to change these again. Watch this short video for more guidance.

If you DO wish to join the monthly ER loyalty program (most economical option): call YL on 02 8604 5600 and ask them to reactivate your YL account. If you would like a new enroller and sponsor,let them know their member numbers so that you will sit in a different position in my YL organisational tree from your original position.

How to place an order for products from USA (NFR order)

There are numerous YL products available for sale in USA which are not available for purchase from the Australia distribution centre. However, it is possible to purchase these items direct from USA from your Virtual Office by placing what is known as an NFR order. Please note, NFR orders can not be placed as part of your monthly ER loyalty order. They must be placed as a standard order and you can use your accumulated ER points to pay for them. The video below explain how. Note this since the making of the video, the shipping fees from USA to Australia have increased as set out here.

 
 

Here are some examples of products available in the USA that are not available in Australia that you can purchase on NFR:

  • Thieves rollers

  • Thieves chest rub

  • Thieves lozenges

  • Einkorn pasta

  • Immupro (melatonin) for immunity and sleep

  • SleepEssence (natural sleeping tablets containing valerian and melatonin. These are stronger than Immupro above.

  • Aminowise

  • Parafree (for parasites)

  • Essentialzyme 4 (digestive enzymes)

  • Mindwize (for Alzheimer’s)

  • Multigreens

  • Powergise (an exercise and sports supplement that helps boost stamina, support healthy muscles, and increase muscle size)

  • Thyromin (a natural alternative to Thyroxin for thyroid support)

  • Femigen (provides natural estrogen and helps balance hormones from the reproductive years all the way through to menopause. Contains wild yam, dong quai and hormone balancing oils).

  • Detoxyme (for detoxification and digestion)

  • JuvaTone (supports the liver to detoxify)

    Be mindful to keep NFR orders under A$1000, otherwise you will pay a large import tax.
