Learn how to take your culinary repertoire to a whole new level with the inclusion of Young Living therapeutic-grade, food-grade essential oils. We will be making and enjoying an assortment of essential oil-infused food and drinks, including NingXia Red mocktails, bone broth, guacamole, pasta puttanesca sauce, rice porridge, caprese salad, sourdough bread dipped into olive oil infused with essential oils, oil-infused teas, and my signature sokolata (raw dark chocolate).
