Credit card fraud is on the rise – here’s how to update your card deets in YL website

 

Dear community,

If you need to update your credit /debit card deets in the YL website for whatever reason (e.g. fraud, expired cards, etc.), you need to update it in 2 places in your virtual office on the left-hand side:

1. My ACCOUNT (then click my wallet)

2. Monthly loyalty rewards order (then click change payment).

If you get stuck, just call your wellness mentor or me, and we will do it for you!

If you are on the free loyalty program, it’s important that you keep your card deets up to date because if your order doesn’t process for 2 months in any 1 year period, you lose all your accumulated loyalty reward points and your earn rate goes back to 10% (devo!).
