The new YL website got an upgrade – important things you need to know!

 

Dear YL family,

YL has *finally* upgraded its website and it's soooo much easier to navigate and place orders.

Once you log in as usual (www.youngliving.com.au) with your member number and password then:

  • If you are on the Loyalty Program: click "Manage your loyalty order" on right hand side and everything happens from that page. From that page you can:

    • Update your cart (hot tip: add products to cart then remove products you don’t want….do it in that order as the system doesn’t want you to delete everything from cart – at least one thing needs to be left in there). No need to save changes as everything now autosaves!!!

    • Change your monthly order processing date by clicking the calendar symbol next to your monthly order processing date (it’s wise to move it to before 20th of the month so you have a few days before month end to sort out any card issues).

    • Hit "process now" to have your order shipped earlier

    • Redeem reward points on top left hand corner (this is a separate order to your monthly loyalty rewards order – be sure to redeem them within 12 months).

    • Skip a month (if you skip 2 months in any 12 month period as your earn rate percentage will drop from 20 or 25% to 10% - devo!)

    • See what freebies you will get and could get if you spend over a certain amount.

If you are not on the Loyalty Program: just press Shop, add things to cart and check out.

The only major thing you need to be aware of is that monthly loyalty rewards orders now get processed at 4am on your monthly order processing date so BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR CART AT THE VERY LATEST ON THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR ORDER PROCESSING DATE

For example, if your order processing date is 8th of the month you will need to have your cart updated at the very latest by evening of 7th of the month.

Annnddddd….. It's now easier than ever to connect someone to YL using your member number as their enroller. There is no minimum spend required to set up a wholesale account. Anyone can join with any one (or more) product of choice. All you need to do is send someone the URL to YL website and tell them to click "someone referred me" at the very top of the page and to use your member number as their referral. They must toggle “become a brand partner” to get 24% off the full retail price (important!).
