There’s a healthy swap to Ozempic (for real!)

Dear community,

There’s a healthy swap to E V E R Y T H I N G nowadays including the GLP1 drugs that doctors are prescribing left, right and centre for weight loss which is extremely concerning to me especially when doctors are not asking patients about their diet, lifestyle and hormones which are the key drivers of weight and metabolism.

A couple weeks ago Cressida Pollack and I recently did an IG live on Young Living’s healthy swap to Ozempic following on from the short webinar we did on this topic a few months ago which is found in the password protected Member Resources page of my website (scroll down to the section “Did you miss an webinar or workshop?”). I strongly encourage you to watch BOTH the webinar (which is the part 1) and the IG live (which is the part 2) and give Young Living’s Balance & Burn a go BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT taking pharmaceuticalised versions which come with a looooooong list of side effects.

Of course, a solid nutrient dense traditional wholefoods diet (free, or largely free of refined sugar, refined starches, seed oils, and alcohol), filtered water, movement, sleep, grounding, going low tox, healing trauma and addressing hormones are absolutely FOUNDATIONAL and should be address first and foremost. Taking any drugs or supplements without addressing the root cause of weight gain is like sticking different buckets under a running tap to collect the overflowing water without turning off the tap. Always agree root cause - diet, lifestyle and hormones before doing anything else. Once you’ve done that and weight is still no budging consider Balance & Burn.

You will see from Cressida’s personal testimonial on this (losing 10 kilos in a few months) this product is the bomb for sustainable weight loss and balancing blood sugar with zero negative side effects unlike Ozempic and the other GLP1s.

To purchase Young Living’s Balance & Burn go to YL’s new Aussie website and click on your initial in the top right hand side and select NFR (which stands for Not For Retail Sale) in the dropdown menu. Change the flag at the top from the Aussie to the USA flag and Viola! You’re in the USA website where you can buy this product and it will be shipped from USA at modest shipping fees. You can use your accumulated points to buy this product so effectively you can get it for free if you have enough accumulated points. This NFR purchase is completely separate to (and not in place of) your monthly Loyalty Rewards order. You still have to place your loyalty rewards order for the month. NFR means that it is not yet TGA approved as a supplement in Australia (but it will be in the future) so we can not on-sell it for retail sale in a store but we can buy it for our personal use.

As Cressida mentions in the webinar and IG live, you will need to be on this product for a few months to see results esp if you team it with Ningxia and it works out at about the same cost of Ozempic (or so I am told).

If you do try this product out for a few months and see results please let me know as testimonials are powerful to spread the word on healthy swaps. To buy this product you need to be an existing Young Living account holder. If you are not yet a Young Living account holder, simply complete the contact form on this page of my website so that I can set up a wholesale account for you with a Ningxia Red starter bundle (which should be drunk in conjunction with Balance & Burn) and give you automatic free access to our resources (including the webinar I did with Cress a few months ago) and explain to you how to navigate the YL website (as well as support you in your low tox journey!).
